He was the director of Botulinum Treatment Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (1990-2004) and Yale University school of Medicine (2004-2015). His experience with botulinum toxin therapy with a large volume of patients extends over 25 years. He writes and lectures extensively on the role of botulinum toxin therapy in clinical medicine
