This book discusses the essential role of Bradyrhizobium and phosphorus on yield and yield traits of soybean under Sugarcane inter cropping in calcareous soil. In many cases inter cropping cause antagonistic effect on main crop unless the short duration crop is supplied with sufficient nutrients. Thus, inoculating soybean with viable strains of Rhizobia resulted in the higher grain yield, nutrient uptake and use efficiencies. In general, combined use of both Bradyrhizobium and P enhanced P recovery under high P-fixation. Hence, it's helpful reference for under graduate or graduate students of agronomy and soil science.
