Psychomotor development is the progressive acquisition of skills and abilities throughout life, so it is essential to stimulate it with techniques or methods, so that children acquire significant learning; Therefore, this article is aimed at determining the incidence of Brain Gymnastics in the Psychomotor Development of children from 4 to 5 years old of the Basic Education School Filomena Rojas Ocampo, in the city of Loja, for such effect this research is quantitative with a descriptive scope and a quasi-experimental design; the methods used for its development were: inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic. For the initial and final diagnosis of the psychomotor profile, the Psychomotor Evaluation Scale of Victoria de la Cruz and Carmen Mazaira (EPP) was applied to 16 children. The results showed that 53% of the children presented a low level and only 10% a good level. Therefore, a guide of activities was elaborated and executed, where a significant improvement was evidenced, since 70% of the children were at a good level, while 7% were at a low level.
