Have you ever seen a naked raven? Bran the raven wakes up one morning and everything feels a little too familiar, right down to his own feathers. Feeling bored, Bran decides to search around his nest for an exciting new outfit. Bran tries on everything he can think of, from a chip bag to pine needles, melting snow to fox fur. But he soon discovers that finding something to replace his feathers isn't quite as easy as he thought it would be. Bran Finds His Feathers is a silly and heartfelt story about being brave enough to try new things, and learning how to be happy with who you are.

Autorenporträt
Jesse Reid loves art, reading, writing, and the natural world. Her many hobbies include gardening, knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, and, not surprisingly, trying new things! She holds an MA in World Religions and was trained as a chef and pastry chef in France. The ravens she sees every day around her home inspired Jesse to write and illustrate this book. Originally from a small town in Ontario, she now lives in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, with her dog, Schnitzel, and cat, Earless Earl, who always gets into his own adventures. Bran Finds His Feathers is her first book. Connect with the author on Instagram @jessereidcreates or by visiting branfindshisfeathers.ca
