Yamilca Rodriguez, a native of Caracas, Venezuela, moved to San Diego, California, with her family at age eight and split her time between the United States and her native country growing up. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. She's been a guest professor at Philadelphia University Strategic Design MBA, an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville MBA program in Design Thinking, worked at Procter & Gamble Co. and has helped brands and individuals create unforgettable experiences for two decades. She loves spending time with her husband and stepson in their Kentucky home.
