Based on the assumption that the wealth of any nation depends on the education of its people. As a result of an experience and a curious look at the reality of these sister countries, the reason for this exercise is born, in order to appeal and provoke the reflection of politicians, academics and society in general, on the robust impacts that higher education evaluation systems promote universities and concomitantly the social revolution. In a planet where those with more knowledge, technology, innovation and advances in the field of artificial intelligence, become increasingly capable of providing adequate solutions to multiple social problems.
