Graduated in Nutrition by the Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys, Brazil (2009), where worked as a Researcher (2009-11). Master's in Food and Nutrition (2011-13) by the School of Food Engineering, University of Campinas, Brazil, where is PhD student since 2013. Has experience in the area of ¿¿functional foods and diets.
