Based on the groundbreaking picture books "Mori's Family Adventures," the Culture Exchange series focuses on educating children on other cultures and challenging early readers. Learning international history has never been so fun! This book has a common core lesson plan and has been placed in schools across Alabama and Mississippi. Intended to be an educational book, it dives deeply into the history of Brazil while being narrated from the perspective of an African-american family. Educators and students a-like appreciate the in-between nature of the books design. It serves as a bridge between simpler early readers and full fledged textbooks. If you need something to help diversify your lesson plans, especially in public schools, you need Brazilian Culture Exchange by Black Sands Entertainment.
