Chris Howe's journey toward recovery from addiction began on January 2, 2011. His desire to help others led him to found a residential addiction treatment centre for men in St. Catharines, Ontario. Chris also speaks publicly about addiction and hosts the Authentic Adversity podcast, which focuses on addiction, recovery, and related topics. In his spare time, he enjoys boxing, muay thai, spending time with his family, and enjoying his community.
