SAMANTHA CROMPVOETS received her doctorate from the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at the Australian National University. She has taught sociology of health and qualitative research methods. Her interests include Medical Sociology, women's health, Sociology of rural health and qualitative methodology.
