Virtual reality (VR) is a new resource that makes therapy fun, dynamic and motivational. The aim of this work was to verify the effects of rehabilitation using VR in mastectomised patients. VR as a rehabilitation mechanism applied to health, VR in women undergoing mastectomy and prevention, which showed that the use of VR in rehabilitation reduces post-mastectomy complications. The conclusion is that VR is currently being used in the rehabilitation of mastectomised patients, improving range of motion, muscle strength and pain.
