This book aims to provide insights into how our body system can effectively fight against the virus, regenerate the lymphatic system, and improve 5 organ health. It combines perspectives from both Western and Eastern medicine to give a comprehensive viewpoint. Additionally, it addresses the importance of the lymphatic system, the theory of invisible forces, the role of oxygen, and the treatment of chronic pain and undiagnosed diseases using Eastern medicine. the book highlights the significance of the 5-organ energy balance, linking it to one's genetic makeup and overall health.

Autor

Almost 50 years ago, I was in a terrible car accident at the age of 11. I was crying and wanted to go home I still have clear memories of that day like it was yesterday. As I progressed, I developed respiratory issues along with heart palpitations and mostly took pills for a runny nose. After graduating major in economics, I worked for a leading investment company, trading stocks and bonds with IPOs. It was a great time, 10 years of knowing the whole market, researching and analyzing, and dealing with the stress of performance while drinking and smoking. Slowly, I began to experience health issues, including brain fog and concentration issues, feeling extremely tired. After having my first baby at the age of 32, I completely collapsed and could not continue with a normal job. I turned to Eastern medicine school to begin my healing journey. I was fortunate to meet my mentor, a great sage, in my first class. he asked me why I was sick, what my constitution was, and explained how my lung organ excess with a deficiency in my heart caused respiratory issues, along with damage to my gut. This was a eureka moment for me to change my career. Another six years passed quickly as I learned that our body system is like the cosmic system, based on the five elements theory. After relocating to Canada 30 years ago, I became fascinated by the wonders of Western medical courses, particularly in areas such as anatomy, brain research, and hormonal functions-topics I had never encountered in Eastern medicine. I treated my case of chronic symptoms related to low immunity, including breathing issues that I had been experiencing. Throughout the pandemic, I dedicated more time to researching the virus and the many lives it has taken. I observed that some treatments are unconventional and that while some patients take medication, they do not address the root causes of their conditions, leading to confusion and a deeper understanding of Western healthcare. Therefore, I believe it is time to integrate Eastern and Western medicine in addressing the virus, as it is invisible. The scientific data-driven methods of Western medicine combined with the diverse treatment options available in Eastern medicine I enjoy the podcast by Dr. Mark Hyman, the author of "Forever Young," as well as the website of medical medium William Anthony, the author of "Medical Medium." One of the most inspiring books I've read is "The Wisdom of the Body" by Dr. Walter Bradford Cannon, published in 1930
