Konstantinos Tselios is a yoga instructor and magazine journalist, writing about yoga and alternative health and spirituality in magazines such as Kindred Spirit and Prediction. Kostas splits his time between the UK and the Greek island of Crete where he runs his own yoga center called Heliodorus Yoga. He has completed several yoga teacher training courses to increase his knowledge, including with Sivananda Yoga, Agama Yoga, and Jivamukti Yoga. In 2019 he also gained a Certificate in Mindfulness Teaching from the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (Mindfulness Now), completing their mindfulness teacher training course in the UK. He has traveled widely, with many trips to India over the past 20 years, gaining some of his yoga qualifications and experience at ashrams in the country. He offers one-to-one therapy that includes techniques from yoga, mindfulness meditation, as well as advice on diet and natural medicines, including Ayurvedic health advice gained from his long-term relationship with several specialists in India.
