Amy A. Castoro is President and CEO of The Williams Group, successor to Roy Williams, and a Senior Family Coach at The Williams Group for over seven years. She brings more than two decades of experience to her role. Amy works with affluent families and their businesses to build a legacy of prosperity, cultivate trust, and care for future generations. Her commitment is to bring awareness of the impact of wealth on families, embed the skills of trust and communication, and build alignment of purpose across generations. Amy helps organizations and families realize the power of promoting individual goals inside of a shared value structure. Her goal is to ensure that wealth in all its forms is used wisely and becomes a force for good contributing to the family and the community and culture where they live and influence. She has been a successful leadership coach working with companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Adecco Corporation and Grant Thornton Management Consulting. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Adelphi University in Garden City New York. She is a Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute. She has studied with Pluralistic Networks focusing on power, wellbeing, and navigating constant change. She has received additional training from Dr. Fernando Flores focusing on the dynamics of working in teams. Amy spends her free time with her husband John of 27 years and two children, Julian and Georgia. You can find them either walking along the river in Princeton New Jersey, kayaking in Naples Florida, or sailing in the Adirondacks of New York.
