Frances Trought has worked in Higher Education for the past 15 years both as an academic and in support of students developing their employability skills. She has worked with the following institutions: London South Bank University, Coventry University, University of East London and Pearson College London. Frances is currently the Head of Student Talent Development at Pearson College London, devising opportunities for students to develop their employability skills. She is also an Employability Consultant developing courses, delivering guest lectures and coaching students one to one.
