Dr. Mary Lippitt, award winning author, speaker and consultant founded Enterprise Management Ltd. in 1985. She focuses on providing leaders with practical and effective solutions to navigate a changing business climate. Known for her pioneering work linking leadership and goal achievement, Dr. Lippitt is recognized as a leader in executing change, strategic thinking, change management and leadership. Dr. Lippitt released her new book Brilliant or Blunder: 6 Ways Leaders Navigate Uncertainty, Opportunity and Complexity in 2014. The book's Success Mindsets guide leaders to smart decisions and stellar outcomes. She is co-author with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey and Brian Tracy of Discover Your Inner Strengths. Her first book was the award winning The Leadership Spectrum. Dr. Lippitt developed the Leadership Spectrum Profile® which won the Human Resource Executive magazine's Top Training Product Award. Using a situational awareness leadership model, the inventory enables leaders to recognize their decision making filters and avoid blind spots. Dr. Lippitt consults with fortune 500 corporations, non-profits, government agencies, and non-profit organizations worldwide to improve critical thinking to deliver stellar results. Her passion and insights delivers results whether it is in introducing new technology, organizational restructuring, formulating strategic plans and execution strategies, improving labor-management relations, implementing new business models, or designing a change ready culture.
