Executive coach, nutritionist, speaker, teacher, and consultant, Jamie Shapiro, CEO of Connected EC, is a leading authority on connecting wellness with leadership performance. A survivor of ex- ecutive burnout, she understands the incredible pressure executives face in staying connected to both professional and personal goals in demanding environments. Jamie has been coaching and developing high-performing teams since 1998 in executive roles within large- scale corporations. Through her corporate career, Jamie realized the toll that high-pres- sure, stressful leadership roles can take. She left the corporate world with a mission to pave a new way for leaders and organizations. Jamie has both an MBA and a Masters in Information Technology and is certified as both an executive coach and a nutritionist. Through her vision, Jamie has brought a new form of holistic coaching to top-level leaders. Jamie's company, Connected EC, helps clients develop a keen awareness of how both their health and mindset have an effect on their capacity to reliably tap into their full leadership capabilities. Jamie bridges the worlds of executive coaching and wellbeing to give people a fresh approach to leadership, enhancing outstanding personal, professional, and organizational performance. Jamie is also a mother of two wonderful children: Jack who is 10 years old and Ella who is eight years old. She lives in Superior, Colorado, with her loving husband, Sam, and their dog, Diesel.
