Autorenporträt
Paolo Asso, Ph.D. (2002) in Classics, Princeton University, is Assistant Professor of Classical Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has recently published an edition, with translation and commentary, of Lucan, Bellum Civile, Book 4 (Berlin, 2010). As a 2011-12 fellow at the W. E. B. Du Bois Institute, Harvard University, he is writing a monograph on Africa in the Roman literary imagination. Contributors: Elaine Fantham, Joseph D.
