Adam J. Goldwyn received his Ph.D. in 2010 from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, and is currently Assistant Professor of English at North Dakota State University. James Nikopoulos received his Ph.D. in 2010 from the Graduate Center of the City Univeristy of New York, and is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Languages, Linguistics and Literatures at Nazerbayev University in Kazakhstan.
