He has judged national and international food and drink competitions, including the World Cheese Awards, the British Cheese Awards and the Independent Wine Merchant Awards, and has featured in industry publications including Speciality Food Magazine, Wine Merchant, Decanter and Off Licence News. He now organises corporate and private food and drink tasting events and is a professional speaker on his favourite subjects of cheese and wine. This is his first book.
