Vincent N. Onyenegecha Hails from Obodo Ahiara in Ahiazu L.G.A Imo State Nigeria. He Had his Undergraduate Studies from Imo State University Owerri and his Masters from Akademia Finansów i Biznesu Vistula, Warszaw. An ardent researcher and has written several works.He is currently a Supervisor at Poland Education Examination Commission Position.
