Autorenporträt
The Author: Formerly of the Institute of World History, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Li Anshan is Professor at the Institute of Afro-Asian Studies, the School of International Studies at Peking University. He received his Ph.D. in history from the Department of History, University of Toronto and has publications in The International Journal of African Historical Studies, The Journal of Modern African Studies, Journal of Religious History and some Chinese academic journals. Author of A History of Chinese Overseas in Africa (in Chinese), his interests cover African history and historiography.
