Dr. Wegner is the Neurodivergent author of the Brody The Lion Children's Book Series. She holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. After earning her PhD, Dr. Wegner worked with school age children providing behavioral therapy, conducting Independent Educational Evaluations. and advocating at IEPs. She currently owns an autism clinic providing diagnostic assessments and providing neuroaffirming behavioral therapy to autistic children. For 20 years, Dr. Wegner volunteered for Special Olympics coaching both children and adults. She was twice selected as Team USA Wisconsin Aquatics Coach for the World Games.¿ She is currently a volunteer for Greater Wisconsin Autism Society. Dr. Wegner's passion is to provide the highest level of therapy for as many children as possible. She wrote the Brody the Lion Series to try and help even more children and families.
