In addition the effect of carcass immersion in acetic acid (10%) for 15 minutes and different pre-slaughter feed withdrawal periods (0.0, 4.0, 8.0 and 12.0 h) on microbiological structure of gut content total microbial counting of some broiler parts, microscopical examination of the viable bacterial total count and Pathogenic bacterial counting of some broiler parts were also tested.
