What the devil meant for your harm, God can turn it around for your good and his glory, only if you are willing to allow him into your brokenness. Until you let your past die, it will not let your future live. You have to forgive even yourself. Great people of faith, they follow Jesus away from the pain of the past. Take the path God has chosen for you, not the path man told you to go down.

The author is a boomer who has had a variety of experiences serving inside the church as a lay leader focused on serving and connecting the church with local and global missions. Helping to lead and coordinate a number of short term missions for the church body at large, with a passion for connecting with missions organizations, which provide us with unique opportunities to come along side their work. A firm believer that serving locally and globally plays an important role in our development, not only as believers, but followers of Christ, emulating the way He served others while He walked on the earth. He and his disciples set the example that we need to continue to follow as best as we can in time we have been given.
