Bachelor's and Licentiate's degrees (2002) in Biological Sciences from the State University of Londrina (UEL), Master's degree in Biological Sciences and PhD in Agronomy from UEL (2010). Undergraduate lecturer and herbarium curator at the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Dois Vizinhos. Expertise in Botanical Taxonomy.
