There are no vaccination programs with B. abortus SRB51 (SRB51) in Bangladesh. The introduction of SRB51 has been recommended to control bovine brucellosis. SRB51 has also been approved as an official calfhood vaccine by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service branch of the United States Department of Agriculture.
