This was during the year before the park officially opened. "I remember a dialogue between my father and some of the Indians about native tanning and the hide tipis put together there. Autorenporträt
Jaime Jackson is the author of many books. His first book, The Canvas Tipi, published in 1982, provided readers with templates for making their own tipi based on those he made for people in his industrial sewing shop he ran in the 1970s. His first book about horses, The Natural Horse: Lessons From the Wild (1992), was based on his research of America's wild, free-roaming horses.
