Aside from the visible advantages the highly involved staff delivers, the current business world is rapidly changing, considering all the new technologies entering the market. Being a flexible organization nowadays is not a luxury but a survival factor. When it comes to a change of a type of business, a milestone is to alter and adjust the whole labor staff. A certain level of creativity and flexibility from the employees' side is necessary.

Olexiy (Alex) was born in 1986 in Ukraine. He has received a Master of Science degree at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine as a mechanical engineer. After the graduation and a few years of working experience, he traveled to Vienna, Austria, where he eventually graduated the LBS with a degree of Master of Arts in Business Administration.
