Dr. Ongaki ist ein junger kenianischer Akademiker, der bedeutende Beiträge zur Unternehmensführung und -leitung geleistet hat. Er hat an der Jomo Kenyatta University of Science, Agriculture and Technology promoviert und ist derzeit als Berater in Fragen der Unternehmensführung und -steuerung tätig.
