To reach the previous demands, there is a necessity to equip TVET teachers with technical skills and practical work experience, pedagogical, knowledge skills and ICT to facing the rapid challenges of the technological demands of world of work. This book, therefore, provides a new training approach for TVET teachers in Sudan depends on effective partnership between the private sector, the government and TVET institutions based on three levels, the macro, meso and micro.
