SANDRA L. STEWART is an executive coach and consultant with experience in hundreds of for-profit, nonprofit, and government organizations with her company, SLS Coaching & Consulting. She has taught leadership development at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a coaching instructor for ICF-accredited coach training programs at American University. She reviews ethics cases around the world as a member of the International Coaching Federation Independent Review Board. She received her BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia University Business School. She worked for international companies including Johnson & Johnson and Ferrero N.A., where she managed new products. She has two children and three stepchildren and lives with her husband in Washington, DC.
