Weather or not the phenomenon can be categorized as real bullying, all depends on how students and teachers perceive the features of bullying based on what they understand. This book, which is based on a research study conducted in Indonesia, gives an insight on how students and teachers in two secondary schools in the city of Palu perceive bullying and to what extent bullying has been widespread in the schools. Also, this book presents an analysis of what forms of aggression (proactive and/or reactive) are associated with bullying behavior, and what motives of aggression (power related and/or affiliation related) are associated with bullying behavior among the students.
