Licenciado en Historia por la Universidad de Vale do Rio dos Sinos, el profesor Gelson Descovi Vargas ha trabajado en el ámbito de la educación durante 14 años, en los que ha tenido contacto directo con víctimas y agresores de acoso. Graduado en Derecho por la Universidad de Feevale, este trabajo busca mostrar un poco de su visión, de un tema muy serio que asalta a las escuelas.
