Born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Ingrid Aranzamendi Rivera was forever captivated by its beaches and tropical rhythms, elements which can be experienced in her first Spanish publication, "Burbujas en el Pelo de Jon Jon." In it, Aranzamendi employs the use of rhyme to creatively portray one of the many beautiful traditions of her Hispanic heritage, parents spinning creative tales to motivate their children. She resides in Houston Texas with her husband, Tim, and their four sons. Ingrid Aranzamendi Rivera, oriunda de Puerto Rico, se crio entre playas y ritmos tropicales, los cuales cautivaron su alma y corazón. Su introducción al mundo literario nos llega por medio de la rima infantil a través del cuento creativo. Esta herramienta que le ha servido a generaciones de familias hispanas en los procesos de crianza y enseñanza es la que comparte la autora con sus lectores en el viaje maravilloso de la historia "Burbujas en el Pelo de Jon Jon."
