Dr. Thomas Walker is a Professor of Finance, the Director and Academic Lead of the Emerging Risks Information Center (ERIC), the Director for the Jacques Ménard/BMO Center for Capital Markets Research, and the Concordia University Research Chair in Emerging Risk Management (Tier 1) at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. He previously served as an Associate Dean, Department Chair, and Director of Concordia's David O'Brien Centre for Sustainable Enterprise. Before his academic career, he worked for firms such as Mercedes Benz, KPMG, and Utility Consultants International. He has published over 70 journal articles and books. Dr. Stefan Wendt is a Professor and Dean of the Department of Business at Bifröst University, Iceland. Previously, he was Associate Professor at Reykjavik University, Iceland, and Research and Teaching Assistant at Bamberg University, Germany. His research covers corporate finance, financial markets, sustainable finance, digital finance, and behavioral finance. Dr. Sherif Goubran is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture (School of Sciences and Engineering) at the American University in Cairo. His research focus includes building sustainability and sustainability assessment, sustainability in architectural design, and human approaches in design. Tyler Schwartz is an MSc candidate at HEC Montreal studying data science and business analytics. Tyler completed his undergraduate degree at the John Molson School of Business, for which he received honors in finance. His research interests include predictive modeling, bio-statistics, sports analytics, and machine learning.
