information gathered during the course of this study

communicate as well as to ascertain future viability
in light of advancing technology and electronics. In
short, the communicative aspects of business cards

Autorenporträt
Eric has more than 17 years of public-sector
marketing/communications experience and maintains adjunct-
faculty positions at two universities. He holds undergraduate
degrees in English and Political Science, a master's degree in
Marketing, an MBA and his doctorate in Communications and
Information Systems.
