This has greatly called for concern especially as there exist very little academic literature on how to best optimize the business environment. Traditional business approaches that were utilized are gradually and remarkably becoming less adequate given the competitive nature of the job market coupled with the advent of globalization that needs serious benchmarking for positive and continuous exploitation cycles. This book, therefore, provides a new metric of success for surviving profit making establishments as well as aspiring upcoming profit making establishments. Three highly interlinked factors of the business environment are critically analyzed in this book, derived from World Bank Development report of 2005 concept of the "business climate" The analysis should help shed some light on this new and promising business environment to guarantee returns to investments.

WIRKOM STANLEY KONGNYUY, nascido em Abril de 1989 na Região Noroeste dos Camarões, estudou Economia e Gestão na Universidade de Yaoundé II Soa. Após a sua licenciatura, e possui um Mestrado2 em Contabilidade e Finanças na mesma Universidade em 2017, inscreveu-se no programa de investigação de doutoramento em 2018 na mesma área de estudo em que se encontra até à data.
