ivka Pr ulj, PhD is a full professor at Faculty for Banking, Insurance and Finances, Union University in Belgrade, Serbia. She defended her PhD degree at the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade. She has published numerous papers on culture, ethics and human resources management in national and international journals.
