In the case of the Mexican Republic, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), issued the NOM-035-STPS-2018, Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work Identification, Analysis and Prevention.In this research, a case study was proposed in the municipality of Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosi, to analyze how in the New Normality, micro-enterprises and University Institutions located in the municipality, have adapted the application of NOM 35 to the needs of remote work and to be resilient.This work is the result of research conducted from January 2020 to July 2021, in various companies in the municipality, as well as in relation to the experience of remote work as a teacher and in the work of management and research in the Faculty of Professional Studies Zona Huasteca, of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi.
