The book also examines the impact of public policies, notably the "Emerging Senegal" Plan, and how they are shaping the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Adopting a qualitative approach, the book offers an in-depth analysis of the perceptions of digital sector players, the role of the ICTC and the paths taken by entrepreneurs. It also questions the relevance of Western models in the African context, and highlights the importance of education and training for the development of the digital economy.
