This applied dissertation has the objective of studying the problem of how Business Incubators can be an effective business model that supports the successful entrepreneurship creation process, especially in Latin America. Under this study the main purpose was to propose a new Business Incubator model, that can include the best practices in the area and flexible enough to be adapted easily in any country of the Latin America region. An experimental methodology was conducted using theoretical documentation plus practical research work which allowed collecting, analysis, processing and documenting the information received. A set of best business practices was identified and documented. The results analysis showed that the Business Incubator model is heavily used in the region with some impressive results, validating the entire hypothesis established at the beginning of the study and achieving all the objectives
