RAY HACKNEY is the Director of BIT research within Manchester Metropolitan University. He has contributed to numerous national and international conferences and journals and is currently serving on the Board of the UK Academy for Information Systems. DENNIS DUNN is the Head of BIT within Manchester Metropolitan University. His research interests are within organisational analysis, knowledge management and learning organisations. He is currently associated with Lancaster University (UK) in developing innovative frameworks for BITM.
