In this new economic context where the competitiveness of companies is increasingly threatened by competition, an economic intelligence adapted to mobile operators would be an essential issue in the economic battle that is organized and developed on the market. Indeed, Orange CI, a subsidiary of the French group Orange and the first mobile operator in Côte d'Ivoire according to the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications /Tic de Cote d'Ivoire (ARTCI) which published the statistical results of the Ivorian market of Telecommunications, July 1, 2019, has not yet realized the importance of a real service of Economic Intelligence so that its leaders can internalize to the maximum the methods of collection and processing of information for decision making. The present work is a contribution to allow the leaders of this structure to prepare the weapons to the measure of the threats which weigh on them.
