The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between business management and the competitiveness of MSEs in Sicuani during 2023. Using a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design, 354 MSEs were surveyed out of a population of 4425 active enterprises. In conclusion, it is established that there is a relationship between business management and competitiveness in the MSEs of the district of Sicuani.
