The motorcycle sector has been very dynamic in recent years and for this reason it is interesting to review one of its components: the sale of parts. Parts are understood as spare parts and accessories. Products that are often opportunities for commercial development with online auction platforms as a marketing option for these products. Therefore, this work carries out a step by step to create a business model based on the new era of web 2.0. where the key points for the analysis of a b-web are described and thus be able to extrapolate a current business in the physical world to the virtual world. This methodology allows a comprehensive analysis of the main characteristics that influence the business, increasing the probability of success and reducing risks. Finally, a financial evaluation was made on projections based on the analysis of the market and the current prices of spare parts, using mechanisms such as IRR, NPV and applying security factors.
