Autorenporträt
Heping Jia received the B.E. (2014) and Ph.D. (2019) degrees from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) and Zhejiang University (ZJU), China, respectively, both in electrical engineering. She has been an associate professor in NCEPU. Her research areas include modeling and optimization of flexible resources for new energy accommodation. Dr. Jia has published more than 30 papers in international journals and conferences and 3 book chapters. She has hosted projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, etc. Dr. Jia has won a gold award of the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva. Dr. Jia is the secretary-general of the IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Satellite Committee-China. She has served as the technical committee member in 2021 PowerCon, and the session chair in 2021 IEEE CIEEC and 2021 IEEE EI2.  Xuanyuan Wang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, in 2000, the M.A.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree from the Tsinghua University, China, in 2019. From 2001 to 2003, she was a Research Assistant with the Power/Energy System Laboratory, University of Waterloo, and an Electrical Engineer of Honeywell, Canada. From 2004 to 2010, she was a Functional Lead, Senior Operation Engineer, and Market Settlement Analyst of ERCOT, USA. From 2010 to 2017, she worked for the SGCC Northern Electric Power Company, and SGCC Jibei Electric Power Company, China. She is currently the director general of the Technology and Innovation Division, State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd, China. Dr. Wang is the convener of IEC TC 8/SC 8B Virtual Power Plants Working Group (WG4), the secretary of IEEE PES Energy Internet Coordinating Committee (EICC) and the secretary of IEEE PES loT Technologies for Distributed Resources in a Clean Energy System Working Group (P-loT). She is also an IEEE Senior Member, CIGRE Member, CSEE Electricity Market Committee Member, and the CSEE Beijing Electricity Market Committee Chair.   Xian Zhang received the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He has been the director of New Energy Exchange Department of Beijing Power Exchange Center as a senior engineer with the rank of a professor. Dr. Zhang has also been the member of the Electricity Market Subcommittee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE), the member of the Energy Digital Economy sub-committee of the China Energy Research Society (CERS), etc. His research areas include operation and practice of electricity market. He has published more than 50 papers, 1 industrial standard, more than 10 enterprise standards, and won more than 10 provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards.   Dunnan Liu received the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University. He has been a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Economics and Management of North China Electric Power University (NCEPU). His research areas include electricity market and energy internet. Dr. Liu has been the director of Beijing Key Laboratory of New Energy and Low-Carbon Development. Dr. Liu has hosted 2 projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 4 books and authorized more than 30 invention patents. Dr. Liu has also won more than 30 scientific research awards, including the second prize of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and a gold award of the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva.
