Tim Wales is Director of Library Services at the University of West London, UK. He was previously Head of Library at the London Business School and Associate Director (E-Strategy) at Royal Holloway, University of London. He was Secretary of the UK's Business Librarians Association 2006-7. He has published extensively on a range of professional librarianship topics including veterinarian information needs, alumni support and e-Library systems and technologies. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.
