This book presents an economic and financial feasibility study for the installation of a new and aged brandy factory in Cidade Velha in the municipality of Ribeira Grande de Santiago. The theoretical foundation addresses concepts of entrepreneurship, business plan, investment projects and their evaluation methods. To obtain market information, identify the potential and acceptance of the product, a survey was carried out with 100 people from Cidade da Praia through a non-probabilistic sample, with which it is not possible to generalize the results. With the economic and financial analysis it was verified that the project is viable and presents favourable conditions for its implementation.
