Seweryn Antonowicz Klosowski, mieux connu sous son pseudonyme de George Chapman, était un tueur en série polonais de l'époque victorienne connu sous le nom de Borough Poisoner. Né au Congrès polonais, Chapman a déménagé en Angleterre à l'âge adulte, où il a commis ses crimes.
